Dashboard Overview

The AlgorithmX Insights Dashboard is your command center. It aggregates real-time data across all your campaigns and audience segments, giving you a 360-degree view of your marketing performance and resource consumption.

1. Prerequisites

To see meaningful data on your dashboard:

  • Active Campaigns: You must have launched at least one email or WhatsApp campaign.
  • Segment Population: You must have contacts synced to your AlgorithmX workspace.

2. Step-by-Step Guide

Navigating the Dashboard

Upon logging into AlgorithmX, you are immediately greeted by the Insights Overview. You can always return here by clicking Overview under the INSIGHTS section in the left sidebar.

Dashboard Overview

  1. Top Metrics Bar: Quickly glance at high-level numbers like Total Users or Monthly Revenue.
  2. Usage Monitoring: Scroll down to see your resource consumption (e.g., how many WhatsApp messages you've sent versus your monthly quota).
  3. Recent Activity: View the latest campaign dispatches or system alerts.

3. Configuration Reference

| Metric/Widget | Type | Description / Best Practice | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | Total Contacts | Counter | The total number of unique profiles in your CDP. | | Email Usage | Gauge | Number of emails sent this billing cycle. Best Practice: Set up a billing alert when you hit 80% of your limit. | | WhatsApp Usage | Gauge | Number of WhatsApp broadcasts sent. Ensure you monitor this closely to avoid service interruptions. | | Campaign ROI | Chart | (If configured) Revenue generated directly from campaigns over the last 30 days. |

4. Best Practices & Troubleshooting

Best Practices

  • Daily Check-ins: Make it a habit to check the dashboard every morning to spot any anomalies in campaign performance or sudden spikes in resource usage.
  • Quota Management: If you notice your WhatsApp usage nearing its limit early in the month, consider upgrading your plan or shifting some traffic to Email.

Troubleshooting

[!WARNING] Data Not Updating? The dashboard caches data for performance. If you just launched a campaign and don't see the numbers reflecting immediately, wait 5-10 minutes for the analytical pipelines to process the events.
